When founder of Kauai Ocean Awareness, Tara, approached us, she needed a cohesive visual identity and a website capable of being a beacon of a large amount of information for her new environmental non-profit.

Our objectives were to:

  • Design a logo that showcases the interconnectedness of land and sea, and conveys the organization's focus on solutions and action.
  • Create a website that serves as a hub for information, resources, and updates on local initiatives and events.
  • Develop a visual direction that feels modern and relevant, yet timeless and adaptable as the organization grows and evolves.

The main objective of the Kauai Ocean Awareness logo suite was to illustrate the connection between land and sea and emphasize that ocean conservation starts at home.
